Passport, firearms and citizenship photos Our photographer can take your picture for local or federal documents such as passports, firearm licenses and more. We use recognized standards for size, lighting and print paper so that your photos meet the standards of the document you are applying for.

Photo retouching and restoration You love the memory of the moment, but you aren't so fond of the picture? Bring your pictures in and our expert technicians will adjust them to your liking. We will correct the exposure, the color, sharpness or add a friend or family member that was absent. We can even remove that ever present stranger in the background making a face at the camera.
Pictures are easily damaged and tend to fade with the passing of time. Our digital experts can help restore their original beauty. We can repair water damage from flooding, minor singes from fire and fading from sunlight exposure. We work on a copy of the original so there is no risk to your photographs.

Our photographers are keen on sharing their knowledge and know-how. We offer photography classes, from basic to expert, digital and film.
We offer individual instruction for $60 per hour. Every camera we sell includes one hour of instruction for free.
All entries will be 5x7 photos without mount, mat, or frame (Please submit a copy because we DO NOT guarantee the photos return or the condition of the photo when it is returned to you. The submitted photos may be picked up at Photo Imaging Center October 22- December 31)

Every winner will receive a 16x20 print framed by Photo Imaging Center
Every winning photo will be displayed in the Photo Imaging Center Gallery and at one of the 12 local business sponsors’ location November 10, 2008 – January 31, 2009
Twelve winners will be chosen by popular vote. All voting will be done in person in the Photo Imaging Center Gallery from October 20 – November 1, 2008. Every voting person will be allowed only one voting ballot, but may vote for up to 12 photos. Ballots will be disqualified if not valid. Photo Imaging Center, Sheridan Media, and The Sheridan County Historical Society can use every entry for promotional purposes. Winners will be included in the 2009 calendar, which will be sold by Photo Imaging Center and The Sheridan County Museum. No additional compensation beyond prizes will be given to the photographers. Photographers will retain photo copyrights except for those calendars, photo books and other promotional use by Photo Imaging Center, Sheridan Media, or The Sheridan County Historical Society. Proceeds benefit The Sheridan County Museum.
